Covid 19   Please allow for some delays in shipping due to the pandemic. All packages will be handled with necessary care to avoid contamination. All nails are disinfection before packaging. Your nails are only handled by Labellished Nails prior to shipping.

How do I size my nails?  You would measure your nail bed at its widest point using either tape and a ruler (centimeter side), or a fabric measuring tape and count the millimeters.  Note - measure each nail of both hands. Or you can make it easy on yourself and order a sample sizing pack!

How long will my nails stay on?  That depends on how what you do with your hands, nail length, choice of adhesive and how well you prep your nails before application. There is detailed instructions included with every order. 

Are the nails strong? All the nails are using professional salon quality materials such as hard gel, gel nail polish and acrylics. The nails are all topped with gel top coat that allows them to be very sturdy-won't break easy, with enough flex for a natural fit. 
Sticky tabs generally stay on for a few days. Glue last 1-3 weeks. We suggest not soaking your hands longer than 2 hours after application. Note - don't use your nails as tools, as the will weaken the integrity of either adhesion choice.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes!   If you use a sticky tab, the inside of your press-on will clean, after removal of tab and easily reusable.

If glue is used, then we suggest using an inexpensive electric nail drill and gently clean glue form inside of the your press-on. This will ensure many more wears.

Not - Do not remove your press-ons with acetone or clean the inside of you press-on with acetone, doing this can ruin your beautiful press-ons. 

What if my nail sizes does not fit the pre set sizing? Due to the handmade nature of each nail that is made specifically for you, Labellished Nails is not held responsible.  You have a couple options available to you. Order a sample sizing pack or choose "custom" both found in the Sizing Menu.

How do I order a custom set? Contact us through email and we can discuss design ideas to get you your perfect set. We will establish a price from our agreed design, which you can purchase through the store in the CUSTOM ORDER page. A custom design may be added to the stores general inventory-unless you ask for it to be only yours.

What if I lose a nail, can I reorder it?  Yes! You can find the option in the SO EXTRA page.

Will my nails look like the picture? All nails are hand made so design may vary slightly. 

How long will it take you to create my nails? After the 24 hour grace period (open for cancellation or changes) from purchase and creativity level of your set, there is a 1-3 week turnaround.  

What is included in my order?  You will receive detailed directions, 24 sticky tabs, orange stick, small emery board, and mini square buffer.

How long does shipping take? It does vary on your location. US shipping is 3-8 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout. Note - this does not change time of creating your set of nails.
