WHAT IF THE NAILS SET RECEIVED IS THE WRONG SIZE? 

If you request a custom set of nails without purchasing a sizing kit prior, then you would have given your nail size measured by your self.  Labellished Nails is not liable nor responsible for any mistakes in sizing. 

 

MY PACKAGED WAS MARKED DELIVERED BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE IT (includes LOST or STOLEN). 

Once you package has been picked up by USPS and a tracking number has been linked to the item, Labellished Nails releases an accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Labellished Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to replace or refund on the orders.

 
MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, CAN YOU RESEND IT?

Absolutely! If you verify we have received it and pay for the RE-Shipping then we will send it back to you.

I DON'T LIKE THE PREMADE DESIGN, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

An exchange can be made after item is received back and inspected for damage. You will pay resend shipping. If item is received in the same condition as sent out, and exchange is accepted then shipping of discounts will be reinstated on exchanged set. Sorry - this option does not include worn, damaged, custom sized or custom design sets. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES?   

Cancellations are accepted if made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours all sales are final. To cancel you may contact us with your order number. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your cancellation

Returns and/or exchanges unfortunately are not accepted do to the nature of product. Unless damaged - see the FAQ page.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email  support@labellishednails.com with an image of the item.
